ServiceVertex is a field service scheduling and dispatch application used by appliance repair technicians to book appointments, manage customer records, and process invoices. This page explains what information is collected through the app and its public service-request form, and how it's used.
When you submit a service request through our public request form, or when a technician books an appointment on your behalf, we collect the information needed to schedule and complete that service call: your name, phone number, email address, service address, appliance details, a description of the problem, and optionally photos of the appliance or a visible error code.
This information is used only to schedule your appointment, dispatch a technician, diagnose the appliance issue in advance, and follow up about the service call (confirmations, reminders, invoices). It is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver the appointment itself (e.g. a technician's own scheduling and invoicing tools).
Technician sign-in (email and password) is used solely to access the internal scheduling and dispatch tool for this business. It is not used for any other purpose.
